With friendship as the main ingredient, a good pinch of love for music, two cups of local folklore and a great desire to play, play, invent and keep traditional music alive, this project was born from the imagination and good work of Javi Collado. All he had to do was ask "are you in?" ... and immediately there were 8 of them.

Eight people from different parts of the Iberian Peninsula, each with their own particular musical universe, and with many experiences and projects behind them: jazz, rock, classical and early music, electronic music... and a common passion: the folklore of their land and the desire to keep it moving.

With Javi Collado's proposals as a starting point, they managed to get together in January 2021 to create a repertoire to which contributions from the rest of the group were soon added, and in which tambourines, spoons, various drums and tambourines, a 5-string fiddle, a 3-string bagpipe, a mandolin, a guitar, an electric bass, a jarana, a lioness... and above all voices, many voices, come together to bring to the stage a fresh, intimate, festive and brilliant show.

Caamaño&Ameixeiras is a duo linked to roots music and dance. Formed by Sabela Caamaño (chromatic accordion) and Antía Ameixeiras (violin and voice) in 2018, this duo accumulates, in their short but intense trajectory, a great number of concerts, both within Galicia, their place of origin, and abroad and internationally. Mainly instrumental in nature, although also incorporating some carefully chosen vocal themes, Caamaño&Ameixeiras take tradition as a starting point, understood as something alive and in constant change, to then create their own language, with personal and intimate compositions and arrangements that maintain the essence of popular music but incorporate contemporary resources.

Aire! is their first album, produced by the renowned musician from Burgos Diego Galaz, where they count with collaborations as outstanding as Sílvia Pérez Cruz, Fetén Fetén, Abraham Cupeiro, Xavi Lozano, Carola Ortiz, Pablo Martín, Apel-les Carod or El Pana.

This work was recently awarded the Martín Códax Music Prize 2021 in the Folk category, as well as the 1st Prize in Folkez Blai 2021, held in Ermua (Basque Country).

Giravolt, winner of the Folkarria 2022 contest, is a recently formed folk music band that enjoys making the audience dance. The combination of clarinet, guitar, diatonic accordion, hand percussion, flute and vocals, allows us to travel through European music and to present some Catalan melodies and our own compositions. The influence of European festivals is reflected in the groove of our music.

Loogaroo is the fruit of more than 10 years spent together on the boards. After having been at the origin of several groups in the middle ground between folk and a host of other musical styles, now Florian De Schepper and Pablo Golder appear before you in the purest, most fragile but also that most powerful musical combination: the duo.

It took several years for our two musicians to decide to embark on the adventure of Loogaroo and what emerges from it is a band of great musical maturity, even though its creation dates back to only 3 years ago. Despite the fact that one of the two was trained in the tradition of a classical conservatory while the other has no notion of written music at all, Pablo and Florian draw strength from their differences and both have learned to create an ample middle ground somewhere between the irrepressible melodies of the accordion and the more sober chord progressions of the guitar. And neither do they hesitate to change roles within this group format, leaving plenty of room for solo improvisation. In 2022 their first album "Nautilus" was released on Trad Records with a supporting series of concerts in Belgium and Holland during the autumn of 2022.

'Nautilus' is a disc in which each piece contains unexpected solutions - it surprises, amuses and moves you. Airboxes is atmospheric dance music brought to you by Bert Leemans and Guus Herremans on chromatic and diatonic accordion.

Bert (chromatic) and Guus (diatonic) are a perfect match, the different sounds of their instruments blend together in everything they play and take you on a journey to a magical world.

Airboxes solely play their own compositions. The variation in intimate solos and colourful interplay makes for an all-encompassing totality.

Airboxes are two men, two accordions, one story.

Someone probably wrote somewhere that Didier Laloy, a 13 year-old student of Bruno Le Tron, would play alongside him someday.

With Tref (acompanied by Wim Claeys and Fréderic Malempré) and in Samurai (one of the best accordion quintets in Europe) they demonstrated that they are diatonic accordion legends.

When Laloy and Le Tron play in tandem, the result is a perfect and balanced partnership that includes dance music enriched with all their talent. There will be some balfolk classics, but some suprises as well!

Ainhoa Limón has been performing as a storyteller, actress, singer and puppeteer since 1999. She is also a theatre teacher and storyteller.

She directs, performs, produces and distributes all her shows. She writes some scripts or storylines, others she adapts from our wonderful literature.

At the moment she distributes 6 different shows for family audiences with a mixture of stories, music, songs, puppets and soap bubbles. The shows have a variety of themes: folklore, values of coexistence, magic and fantasy, reading animation, care for nature, etc.

They also perform concerts with the adult music group "EN AMORES" where they interpret boleros and songs from South American and Spanish folklore.
